Key Responsibilities As an Admin Assistant, youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our finance team by: Drafting and preparing letters, reports, agendas, and meeting minutes for senior executives. Compiling reports and creating professional documents using various applications. Handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person, escalating issues when necessary. Welcoming visitors and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally. Ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures. Participating in training programs to enhance your skills and expertise. Assisting with procurement activities within company guidelines. Managing and improving complex Microsoft documents and databases. Scheduling appointments, meetings, travel, and other arrangements for senior staff. What Were Looking For The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications. At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role. A valid drivers license. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
