As the Events Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring all events at the estate are flawlessly executed, from conception to completion. You will lead a dedicated team of four event professionals, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional experiences for clients. Events will range from intimate vineyard activations to large-scale conferences and gala dinners, all reflecting the estate's luxury standards.You will be responsible for client relationship management, budget oversight, event logistics, and vendor coordination. The ability to maintain high-quality service, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and stay within budget will be essential for success.
