Job Description This role is individually accountable for the establishment, implementation and management of various business incentive, recognition and motivation programs (on both regional and national basis), inclusive of sales competitions, development programs and conventions.
Key responsibilities will include amongst others the following: Budget Control Work according to and maintain a running event budget.Strategic Event Management Have an indepth understanding of the Investment and Asset Management Industry in order to be able to offer strategic input into content creation and how best to effectively deliver this content.Give input into leveraging social media for events and sponsorship platforms.Individually accountable for developing and implementing project plans and timelines for events.Coordinate and manage logistics related to in-person and virtual events.Prepare Marketing Briefs for Comms and Design.Arrange Promotional Items, Corporate Gifts, Branding and Photoshoots.Arrange internal conferences as required.Arrange for Professional Development Points with the Financial Planning Institute and ensure client CPD records are up to date.Personal Effectiveness Accountable for service delivery through own efforts.Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality.Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.Strives to continuously improve, do things better and do things differently.Accepts and lives the company values.Continuous Learning Culture.Relationship Building Builds and maintains relationships with Industry Bodies, Associations, Speaker Agencies, Internal Channels and Suppliers.Work with Internal Stakeholders and Executives.Communicates activities and deliverables supporting the various events.Qualifications and Experience required: Matric essential.Degree in Commerce/BA degree, or event management diploma.Proven Eventing Experience.Drivers Licence and Own Vehicle.Ability to juggle numerous projects.Information Monitoring.Relationship Building.Planning & Organising.Closing Date 27 November 2024
