European Speaking Car Rental Agent

Our client, a leading name in the car rental industry, needs a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join their team as a European-Speaking Car Rental Agent at their very busy OR Tambo Airport branch. We are looking for a dynamic and well presented individual fluent in German (however, proficiency in any European language such as Italian, French, Spanish, etc., will be acceptable) with exceptional customer service skills and proficiency in Excel. You will be responsible for assisting European customers travelling to South Africa with rental enquiries, reservations, and vehicle pickups/drop-offs, providing excellent customer service, ensuring all customer needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally, managing rental agreements, including documentation, payments, and vehicle inspections, utilize Excel to maintain accurate records, track inventory, and generate reports as needed and collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth rental process and resolve any issues that may arise. Job Requirements Matric Certificate A valid Drivers License At least 2 years of customer facing sales experience Excellent planning and administration skills An excellent command of the English Language Fluent in German (Any European language, such as Italian, French, Spanish etc. will be acceptable) An extremely professional demeanour Well groomed and presented Good computer skills (Excel) Contactable references Stable work history You will need the following documents to apply.
