Estimator / Project ManagerWe are a small Insurance Repair company and have a vacancy for an Estimator / Project Manager.DutiesDuties include but are not limited to:Inspect and report on damages for insurance companies.Estimate, quote on the damages inspected.Write reports.Manage the repair process on acceptance of the quote.Buying of material for smaller jobs.Desired Experience & QualificationsMust have a proven track record in the following:Experience working in the construction industry.Experience with working with people and building relationships.Experience working with deadlines and under pressure.This job will require someone who has a valid driver's license and who is able to climb ladders to do roof and other building inspections.Package & RemunerationPackage includes a Company car, petrol and a cell phone allowance. Basic salary negotiable depending on experience.
