Estimator / Project ManagerWe are a small Insurance Repair company and have a vacancy for an Estimator / Project Manager.DutiesDuties include but are not limited to:Inspect and report on damages for insurance companies.Estimate and quote on the damages inspected.Write reports.Manage the repair process upon acceptance of the quote.Purchase materials for smaller jobs.Desired Experience & QualificationMust have a proven track record in the following:Experience working in the construction industry.Experience working with people and building relationships.Experience working with deadlines and under pressure.This job will require someone who has a valid driver's license and who is able to climb ladders to conduct roof and other building inspections.Package & RemunerationPackage includes a company car, petrol, and a cell phone allowance.
Basic salary negotiable depending on experience.
