Minimum Requirements:
Education: National Diploma in Quantity Surveying, BTech or BSc in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management

Experience: 5 to 8 years of site and estimating experience
Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills
Able to analyze information
Problem-solving skills
Decision-making ability
Able to work under pressure
Independent working
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards


License: Must have a valid driver's license
