Job Title: Estimator – Marble & Granite Industry
Location: Kempton Park
Salary: R30 000 – R35 000
A leading company specializing in Marble and Granite installations is looking for an experienced Estimator to join their dynamic team. If you have a passion for precision and a background in estimating for tiling, cladding, or similar projects, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for tiling, cladding, and other marble and granite projects.
Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine scope, material requirements, and labor costs.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
Collaborate with the project team to develop timelines and ensure project profitability.
Assist with tender submissions and contract negotiations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, specifically with tiling, cladding, and similar projects.
Strong understanding of Marble and Granite materials and installation processes.
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in estimation software (experience with industry-specific software will be an advantage).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
