The role involves preparing cost estimates, managing project budgets, and conducting site measurements.Requirements:3+ years of experience in quantity surveying/estimatingProficiency in cost management and project budgetingStrong attention to detailKey Responsibilities:Prepare accurate cost estimates for all quoted projects.Gather and analyze proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.Perform design calculations using Prokon and internal design load span tables.Accurately read and understand structural and architectural drawings.Requirements:Grade 12 certificate.Strong ability to read and interpret structural/architectural drawings.Computer literacy, especially in MS Office.Please apply now, or send your CV directly to ******
