Estimator (Fire Systems)

Requirements:Minimum of 3 years experience with quoting within the construction industry, preferably fire systems.Proficiency in Excel and Word.
Able to read drawings (structural, architectural, etc).Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.Excellent project management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in pricing and documentation.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Valid driver's license (to attend tender briefings, tender submissions as and when required).Job Responsibilities:Preparing detailed cost estimates for installation/construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Analyzing project specifications, drawings, and plans to determine the scope of the project and material requirements.Breaking down the components of a project and estimating the quantities of materials, labour, equipment, etc.
