Estimator / Demand & Forecast Planner (Apparel)

Job Description: Estimator / Demand & Forecast PlannerWe are seeking an experienced Estimator / Demand & Forecast Planner. To excel in this role, you should be analytical, proficient in estimating software (such as Quick Easy), and have strong communication skills. A solid understanding of forecasting and advanced mathematical concepts is required.The role also includes demand and forecast planning, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations. You will estimate product demand, analyse inventory flow, and develop forecast models, while also managing inventory software when needed.Responsibilities:Provide accurate costings to customers and internal teams.Develop forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.Assist with risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.Improve demand forecast accuracy through analysis and solutions.Communicate forecasts and inventory estimates to management.Monitor and report changes in sales forecasts and business strategies.Conduct monthly forecast updates.Address demand-related issues promptly.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a relevant field.3+ years' experience in demand planning or forecasting.Knowledge of inventory management and forecasting practices.Strong mathematical and statistical skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills.Due to the high volume of applications, if you have not received a response within two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
