Estimator( Autocad; Fabrication)

Analysing RFQS to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates. Analyse and interpret tenders for a better understanding, provide best technical and financial solutions Understand requirements of the terms and conditions, scope of work, associated risks, tender complexity Accurately take off quantities from drawings or any other document provided. Preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for projects, including quantities, materials, and labour. Reviewing and interpreting bid documents and specifications. Preparing and submitting bid proposals and providing recommendations based on cost analysis. Maintaining relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the best pricing and quality. Tracking and documenting project costs throughout to identify potential variances. Proven experience as an Estimator in the fabrication industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD and CADCAM software. Extensive experience with fabrication, machinery, ( A plus, if you have experience in CNC programming. Strong knowledge of Fabrication processes, materials, and methods. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualified Mechanical Engineer but not essential.
