•Provide high touch service to all customers at all times to deliver personalized service dependent on customer's needs across all generations and all ethnicities.

•Foster excellent working relationships on counter and with the wider business and retailer.
•Drive transactions by proactively promoting new products and additional tasks.
•Achieve the brand expectation for appointment and bookings.
Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets. Create ways to achieve sell through targets e.g., on-counter Special Events. Ensure customers are treated professionally at all times/service excellence. Be a sales expert. Recruit new customers to the Estee Lauder brand. Monitor competitor brands. Ensure client registry is kept up to date at all times. Ensure all clients are informed timeously of promotions and special events. Ensure all sales are recorded according to standard. Handle all customer returns according to policy. Organize in-store promotions effectively and timeously. Attend training courses as scheduled. Ensure knowledge levels are accurate and up to date. Demonstrate effectiveness in makeup application and consultation. Demonstrate effectiveness in skincare consultations. Ensure punctual and professional attendance. Wear a full, clean, and neat uniform at all times while on duty. Maintain high personal hygiene standards. Keep counters, shelves, and cupboards clean and dust-free at all times. Remove discontinued stock. Ensure cleaning tools are stocked and in good condition. Ensure all testers are clean and in good condition. Maintain sufficient stock for all promotions. Ensure display is per merchandising guidelines. Ensure collateral corresponds with promotion. Follow the Estee Lauder Service Standard. Record all sales daily. Consolidate sales records weekly and monthly as per required standard. Conduct monthly stock counts and record timeously. Maintain stock levels according to standard. Submit reports accurately and timeously. Qualifications: Grade 12. Experience in the luxury beauty industry/retail cosmetics experience. Strong selling skills. Retail/customer service experience. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work retail hours. Beauty Certificate or similar. Job: Retail - Store
