Estate Planner

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related field;Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, of which 2yrs in a managerial position;Proven track record in drafting wills.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Estate Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans that align with clients' goals and objectives. Provide expert guidance on asset protection, wealth transfer, tax strategies, and succession planning.Will Drafting:Prepare, review, and finalize wills and related estate planning documents. Ensure all documents comply with current legal standards and accurately reflect clients' wishes and intentions.Team Management:Lead and manage a team of estate planning professionals. Oversee daily operations, provide mentorship and training, and promote a positive and efficient work environment.Client Consultations:Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their estate planning needs. Offer clear, professional advice and ensure clients are fully informed throughout the planning process.Compliance and Quality Assurance:Ensure all estate planning activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in all documentation and processes.Process Improvement:Continuously assess and improve estate planning processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure our services remain cutting-edge.
