Estate Manager

We are seeking a mature and professional Estate Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a degree , with a preference for those who have studied law , and possess strong people skills .
The Estate Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the estate and ensuring that all duties are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the estate Ensure compliance with estate rules and regulations Manage the estates finances, including levies, budgets, and accounts Coordinate maintenance and repairs of the estates infrastructure Liaise with trustees, residents, and service providers Attend meetings, including AGMs, and assist with the preparation of reports Troubleshoot issues and find solutions to challenges faced by the estate Degree (a law degree is preferred) Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in estate or property management Mature and responsible individual with strong leadership and organizational skills Fluent in English (written and spoken) Excellent people skills and the ability to manage and communicate effectively with residents, trustees, and service providers Sound financial background with experience in budget management, levy collection, and financial reporting Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities , especially in handling complex estate management issues Own vehicle and a valid drivers license Ability to work independently and take initiative Knowledge of estate management, including compliance with STSMA and conduct rules , will be an advantage
