New Homes Sales ExecutivePay Rate: £16.90 per hour PAYE
Location: 2 Days in Sandbach, Cheshire (New Build) and 3 Days in Manchester (Shared Ownership)
Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 10am - 6pm
Requirement: Basic DBS is required
Role Purpose: Join our dynamic team as a New Homes Sales Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in selling new homes and shared ownership properties. You will work both in Sandbach, Cheshire, and Manchester, engaging with prospective buyers and guiding them through the purchase process.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences.Provide detailed information about new homes and shared ownership options.Conduct viewings and present properties in the best possible light.Assist buyers through the entire sales process, from initial enquiry to completion.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive buying experience.Requirements: Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required.Strong sales and customer service skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work in both Sandbach and Manchester locations.Experience in property sales is desirable but not essential.If you are interested in the role, please email your CV to ****** quoting the reference number.
