In this office-based role with periodic travel on the continent, you will develop and implement robust ESG strategies and policies, ensuring alignment with global best practices.
Responsibilities include monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of ESG practices, conducting staff training on compliance, engaging with stakeholders, and preparing detailed ESG reports for senior management and board committees.
Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Finance, or related fields, along with 3-5 years of ESG management experience required, together with strong knowledge of international ESG regulations and standards, and strong stakeholder management skills.
