Esd Coordinator

Ivanplats is looking for a ESD Coordinator IVANPLATS (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Ivanhoe Mines, is advancing the development of its world-class palladium-rhodium-nickel-copper-gold project in the Limpopo Province near Mokopane. This unique mineral deposit will be exploited using large mechanised state-of-the-art underground mining methods, deploying the latest technology to develop this "mine of the future". Suitably qualified and experienced candidates are invited to apply for the following vacancies required for the project development.

Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:
Grade 12Relevant Degree or Diploma in Community relations or Business ManagementSuitable candidates must have the following work experience:
Experience in transformation or community DevelopmentExperience in training and development of rural based SMME's including incubation and mentoringManagement experienceGood understanding and experience in managing community relationships
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to: Communicating with clients or employers about project, event or campaign expectations and goalsCollaborating with clients or employers, finance teams and other team members on budgeting and allocating fundsDelegating tasks to appropriate team membersManaging deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budgetOrganising third-party providers and vendors to deliver elements that can't be produced in-houseOverseeing the delivery of projects and making adjustments as necessary to ensure the are delivered to specifications and high standardsCollecting and analysing feedback from customers and other project users to gauge satisfaction and success.
