Requirements: Must be able to Speak Mandarin Matric Certificate Valid Driver's License Must have experience in a similar role Have a strong understanding of ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and IT hardware.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of database management and network infrastructure.
Strong communication skills for effective user support and training.
Relevant qualifications in IT, Business Systems, or a related field.
