ERP Business Analyst: (SAP MM Materials Management) About the job ERP Business Analyst: (SAP MM Materials Management)Minimum Requirements:Relevant tertiary qualificationsSAP MM Materials Management Module certificationMinimum of 5 years of experience in relevant ERP Module SAP MMComputer skills & knowledge - Microsoft Office, Excel, Word & Power PointProven Experience in business process evaluation, procedural definition, configuration, and application systems development.Experience as a project team member could be on business side on a full lifecycle ERP implementation for SAPMust have a valid drivers license and PassportMust be prepared to work after hours and weekends if required.Understanding of SAP MM module principles, controls, and business processesAbility to create queries to extract information from data sources (inc. ERP / SAP query)Must be able to work overtime and travel (local and international) when requiredGood verbal and written communication skills.Ability to interact with other internal team membersResponsibilities:Evaluate ERP business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.Analysis of business requirements to drive design and review of test cases, process charges requests, and manage a projects scope, acceptance, installation, and development.Prepare formal functional and/or technical specification, including process workflow of system requirement.Configuration of ERP module as requiredAlign business requirements with ERP Best Practice.Enable data migration from legacy system to ERPAssist users in changeover to ERPAssist with module configurationImplementation of policy and procedural changes within business relevant to moduleDefine, execute and approval of simulation testingDesign, develop and provision of training solutionsTrain Users in existing and new processesRoll out of solution to business within agreed timeframesManage competing resources and prioritiesMonitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projectsSupport to Business (Users) during project, after go-live and for ad hoc requirementsEnsure accurate recordkeepingPrepare and submit accurate reports, in the agreed format, on timeEnsure compliance with standard operating policies and procedures (including quality controls)
