Monitor ongoing governance developments and trends to ensure our investment decisions are informed by the latest standards and practices. Prepare detailed reports and present findings to internal stakeholders and clients. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in equity analysis, with a specific focus on corporate governance. Previous experience in a Wealth Manager, Asset Manager, or Broker environment. Demonstrated expertise in both buy-side and/or sell-side analysis. Strong investigative skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A deep understanding of corporate governance principles and their impact on investment value.
