Equipment Controller / Reefer Logistics Operator

Responsibilities will include monitoring and control, managing and tracking, coordinating with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners, ensuring that containers are properly handled during loading and unloading, maintenance, documentation and compliance, and customer service. Requirements:MatricMinimum 5 years Shipping experience within a Ships Agency environment (essential)Minimum of 5 years reefer technical knowledge (essential)Computer literate - Dinamix and LMSAwareness of NPA, immigration and customs regulations, PPECB regulations and workings, and ISPSKnowledge of ports, depots and customs policies and proceduresMaritime studies an advantageStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesKnowledge of logistics and supply chain managementFamiliarity with refrigerated transport and container management systemsProblem-solving skills, especially in time-sensitive situationsAbility to communicate effectively with various stakeholdersOwn transport essential
