You will learn to leverage your expertise and knowledge to convey credibility and assess customer needs. You will work towards closing deals in a targeted and professional manner, achieving set sales targets and KPIs.Responsibilities:Work towards achieving revenue targets with guidance and support.Meet the required activity levels for the Business Development Manager (BDM) role through structured training programs.Learn to identify new clients and business opportunities as a key focus of the role.Expand the account base by engaging in proactive prospecting, networking, and acquiring new logos, with mentorship from experienced team members.Develop skills to create demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers.Receive training to analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities to stay informed about industry developments and opportunities.Provide regular reports and updates to management on account performance, forecasts, and key metrics, with support from senior colleagues.Learn to effectively manage multiple sales opportunities through hands-on experience and training.If you have the following skills and qualities we would like to speak to you:Legal graduates or newly qualified lawyers with any historic sales experience (e.g., retail) looking for a career in sales.Risk or compliance officers looking for a career change into sales.Proficiency in MS Applications such as Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to pick up and use technology easily.Ideally some experience in a sales role such as retail or telesales where sales targets were applied.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.Work in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
