Enterprise Sales Manager (JB4856)Remote (Suitable for candidates in Gauteng, SA Only)$2 500 to $3 000 a month CTCPermanentA rapidly growing SaaS company supporting businesses in emerging markets to optimize resources and enhance productivity is looking for a professional and dedicated Enterprise Sales Manager.
This role is pivotal to driving revenue growth and expanding market share by closing new enterprise deals.
They are looking for an integrity-driven sales professional with proven experience meeting revenue targets across multiple market sectors through direct and channel sales.
Ideal candidates should be passionate and ambitious, with a strong sales charisma, excellent C-level relationship-building skills, and a track record in mid-market and large enterprise salesMinimum Requirements:5-6 years of enterprise sales experience (preferably with SaaS sales)3+ years of individual SaaS sales experience2+ years of channel partner business and channel salesStrong understanding of company positioning, pricing, and business development strategies for enterprise SaaS companies and multinational OEM'sExtensive experience in negotiating terms and closing mega-deal contractsShould be a strategic thinker who can lead the initiatives and build sales functions for the companyAbility to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced target focused environmentPrevious experience in selling enterprise software applications such as HCM, ERP, etcHave successful experience in multi-channel go-to-market models will be an added advantageHave a track record of being closers and in target achievementSmart, excellence-driven, passionate, enthusiastic, and goal-orientedGood initiative, judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsExcellent networker and listener with strong negotiation and persuasion skillsDemonstrates intelligence, a drive for excellence, passion, enthusiasm, and a strong goal orientationShows strong initiative, sound judgment, and effective decision-making and problem-solving skillsExcellent networking and listening abilities with solid negotiation and persuasion skillsDuties and Responsibilities:Develop and execute a sales strategy to ensure revenue goals are met/exceededGenerate revenue through strategic sales and channel partnershipsFocus on driving a "solutions selling" and "value selling" cultureBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers through direct prospecting, relationships, referrals and inbound leadsIdentify opportunities to increase sales and profitability by targeting and mapping out opportunities within large and medium enterprisesMeet and communicate with customers virtually or on-site, where necessaryLead all aspects of the consultative sales process including new business development, client research, demoing, closing, and follow-upConduct in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interestsEffectively navigates and negotiates contractsDevelop and deliver reports regarding key prospects and sales potential regularlyUphold the company's brand, core values, and culture pillars at all timesAny other responsibilities assigned by your Line ManagerApply and promote the Company culture and core values at all timesUndertake ad hoc duties as agreedPlease do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested laterKontak Recruitment Disclaimer:Equal opportunity: All backgrounds are welcomed, with no bias.
