Enterprise Risk Management Expert X 1 (12 Months)

Our client is looking for a Enterprise Risk Management  Expert to develop frameworks, risk registers, and a comprehensive enterprise risk management solution.
As an Enterprise Risk Management Expert, you will mentor the IPG Team and establish an effective risk management function to achieve the organisation's strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:  Compile a baseline risk assessment and health and safety specification.
Assess and approve the principal contractor's health and safety plans.
Evaluate site-specific health and safety risk assessments.
Apply for construction work permits.
Conduct monthly health and safety audits and prepare reports.
Monitor site standards and manage health and safety on behalf of the client.
Conduct annual shutdown and startup inspections.
Prepare closeout reports.
Update and develop various policy documents, including risk appetite and tolerance frameworks, combined assurance frameworks, and more.
Support the implementation of updated ERM frameworks, policies, and strategies.
Conduct capacity development and mentoring for risk owners, management, and the Risk Management Committee.
Provide workshops and ongoing mentoring support.
Review and update RMC governance documents and provide a risk management report to the organisation's management committee.
Requirements Relevant qualification in the field of risk management.
Experience in field of enterprise risk management and governance, risk, and compliance of proposed Enterprise Risk Management Expert 3 or more years of experience working in and/or providing consulting services to the public sector
