Enterprise Risk AssociateThe Enterprise Risk Associate will play a vital role in a dynamic and pioneering international business, supporting the Legal, Compliance, and Governance team as well as the wider Business Operations team. Responsibilities will include regulatory reporting, third-party management, maintenance of the risk register, and conducting necessary anti-money laundering checks.The role of the Enterprise Risk Associate requires a confident, self-motivated individual who can work autonomously, collaborate effectively with global team members, and ensure successful contributions and fulfilment of responsibilities.Key qualifications and experience required for the Enterprise Risk Associate:Fully Qualified Accountant (i.e., CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA)Min. of 3 years' experience working in a finance team or internal audit teamBackground in Banking or Asset Management is highly preferredAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office PackagesKey duties of the Enterprise Risk Associate:Third-party management and procedures:Oversee Third-Party/Vendor Management process and act as SME for relationship ownersEnsure centralised tracking of all vendors and compliance with policies and proceduresSupport implementation of group-wide third-party risk management systemPrepare firm-wide quarterly risk monitoring reports and review fund-level risk reportsMaintain risk register, update it with new risks and document mitigation plansAssist in onboarding relevant departments to the group-wide risk management systemTrack all risk activities in accordance with group policiesRegulatory reporting activities as required by the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority (full training provided)Assist Compliance team with anti-money laundering data and checksSupport ad hoc projects across the Business Operations team as neededKey personal skills:Integrates well into a team, develops relationships with others even in a remote environment, and communicates excellently both in written and oral formsDemonstrates a "can-do" attitude, takes ownership and accountability for tasksQuick learner who works independently with appropriate oversight, possesses strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detailIf you are a dynamic Enterprise Risk Associate with a "go-getter" mindset, eager to join a thriving business and make this role your own, we encourage you to get in touch for a discussion about this position.
