Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Developer and Integration Specialist with strong expertise in Java and WebLogic Application Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise application development, integration, and management, focusing on leveraging WebLogic Application Server to optimize performance, reliability, and scalability. You will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining complex Java applications while ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.Key Responsibilities:Application Development: Design, develop, and implement high-performance Java-based applications using WebLogic Application Server.System Integration: Lead efforts in integrating Java applications with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and communication between different platforms.Deployment and Management: Manage the deployment of Java applications on WebLogic Application Server, including configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting.Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize application performance on WebLogic to ensure high availability and reliability.Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to other developers, troubleshooting issues related to WebLogic and Java applications.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for application development, deployment processes, and integration points.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, system administrators, and business analysts, to deliver integrated solutions that meet business needs.Security: Implement and enforce security best practices in application development and deployment.Requirements:Technical Expertise:Proficient in Java SE/EE development.Extensive experience with WebLogic Application Server, including setup, configuration, and management.Strong knowledge of enterprise application integration (EAI) patterns and practices.Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP web services.Experience:Minimum of (X) years of experience in Java development and enterprise application integration.Proven track record of deploying and managing applications on WebLogic Application Server.Experience with application server clustering, load balancing, and performance tuning.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Tools and Frameworks:Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle.Familiarity with version control systems like Git.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with other application servers (e.g., JBoss, Tomcat).Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible).Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and experience in deploying applications in cloud environments.Certification in Java or WebLogic Application Server.
