Enterprise Architect

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with a strong development background and extensive experience in the banking domain.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in IT, with expertise in systems integration, cloud technologies, and a deep understanding of various banking functions including Cards, Payments, Digital Channels, Financial Crime, Regulatory Compliance, and Core Banking.The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning technology strategies with business goals, while collaborating with senior executives to deliver high-quality solutions under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and the flexibility to manage complex, dynamic environments are essential for this role.Key Requirements and Qualifications:Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, with a strong development background.Proven experience in the banking domain, including Cards, Payments, Digital Channels, FinCrime, Regulatory Compliance, and Core Banking.Strong integration experience across various platforms and deep knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Ability to work effectively with senior executives and influence decision-making at the highest levels.Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
