Through interactive discoveries, you will analyse an organization's needs and demonstrate how Workday's Enterprise Applications can address the customer's requirements and solve their strategic business concerns with the special focus on technical integration into the existing IT landscape of the customer. Articulating and differentiating the Workday technical foundation and delivery model requires:3+ years of software / IT presales experienceA strong technical knowledge including but not limited to:Java scripting, Python, Data modelling skills or other modern programming languages including working with REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.Software as a Service work experience and/or knowledge of the delivery model and associated characteristicsComprehensive security background covering encryption technologies, network architectures, communications security, SAML (single sign-on), and application level access methodsExperience with prospect/customer internal security and compliance teamsAbility to communicate a technical foundation, platform and delivery model in a compelling, creative and easily understandable fashion for diverse audiences (from technical specialists up to C-level)Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Basic Qualifications:4+ years of expertise with technical knowledge of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Cloud Architectures; preferably in ERP Financials and/or Human Capital Management domains4+ years' experience presenting to technical, business, and executive audiences both in-person and virtuallyOur Approach to Flexible WorkWith Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
