Job Summary: As an Enterprise Architect (Coreless Banking) at Indsafri, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the enterprise architecture strategy and delivery plans, with a primary focus on leveraging BIAN (Banking Industry Architecture Network) tools to accelerate digital transformation in banking.
You will ensure alignment of technology solutions with business goals, provide strategic guidance, and oversee the architecture continuity in all major application solution decisions.Key Responsibilities:Ensure application architecture alignment within the technology solutions product area.
Coach application development teams and ensure architecture compliance in new designs.Act as a visionary and strategist for the technology solution product area.
Survey market landscape for solution insights, direction, vendors, and methods.Identify and translate system requirements into software design.
Resolve high-level functional issues related to software development.Provide strategic guidelines to application development teams, ensuring understanding and application of published architecture standards, including TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF, and BIAN.Participate in development planning, estimate development activities, and communicate deviations promptly.
Assist in planning by analyzing required solutions and estimating effort.Diagnose and resolve incidents assigned to the technology team.
Provide weekly progress reports and participate in progress review sessions.Leverage BIAN tools such as the API Align Tool and Business Scenario Designer (BSD) to streamline compliance and implementation of BIAN standards, increasing productivity and efficiency in digital transformation projects.Lead the adoption and integration of Coreless Banking 4.0 principles and technologies to enhance the bank's digital capabilities and customer experience.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.Strong understanding of application architecture, interoperability, performance, scalability, reliability, and technological risks.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with end-user technologies and improving colleague experience technology stacks.Ability to act as a visionary and strategist for technology solutions.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve high-level functional issues.Proficiency in architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF, and BIAN.Familiarity with BIAN tools like the API Align Tool and Business Scenario Designer (BSD).Expertise in Coreless Banking 4.0 principles and technologies.
