Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets in the FS&I sector. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with a focus on enterprise accounts, including Absa, Nedbank, Standard Bank, and FNB. Identify and engage new business opportunities, demonstrating a hunter's mindset to expand HPE's market presence. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of clients in the FS&I industry. Drive negotiations, close deals, and ensure successful implementation of HPE solutions. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning HPE's solutions to address those needs. Report regularly to the Country Sales Lead on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback.
Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 10 years of sales experience. A proven track record in enterprise sales within the FS&I industry. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. Strong understanding of the FS&I market, including key players, industry trends, and regulatory considerations. Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. A self-motivated, results-oriented professional with a hunter's mindset and the ability to work independently.
