Enrolled Nurse PositionsOur Client is looking for the following Enrolled Nurses to join their team:Enrolled Nurse – Surgical 1Enrolled Nurse – TheatrePlease specify the ward you are applying for when sending your application.Requirements:Registration with the South African Nursing Council as an Enrolled NurseCompliance with the SANC code for Enrolled Nursing and all applicable Health Care LegislationsComputer LiteracyBasic Life Support Course by an accredited Service providerRelevant experience in unitThe main purpose of this position:The Enrolled Nurse will be responsible for direct or indirect nursing care of a patient or group of patients and will function under the direct or indirect supervision of the Registered Nurse / shift leader.Duties & Responsibilities:Practice patient care according to client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assume responsibility and accountability for these activities under direct supervision of your seniorCarry out all unit related duties as assigned by SupervisorsPromote and maintain good public relations with all stakeholdersAttend handover sessions and unit meetingsRefer any queries to the supervisor / shift leaderMaintain a safe working environment in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS Act)Report faulty equipmentAct within his/her scope
