Job RequirementsMinimum work experience - 5 years experience in the production plant N3 to N5 Fitter and TurnerMust have completed a recognised apprenticeship. Able to work shiftsAble to start immediately. Job DutiesPerformed skilled mechanical maintenance and repairsExecution of planned maintenance schedulesReduce shift downtime and improve change over time to meet production targets.Troubleshoot problems to improve OEEPractice and Implement good workmanship and housekeeping of work area, parts and equipment.Report any non-compliance issues to the supervisor immediatelySafety of mechanical installationsExecute of PPM, GMP, and SafetyMeet daily production targetsBreakdown repairs within the target timeMeet OEE TargetsContinuous improvements Shift work One weekday shift and one weeknight shift
