Job Requirements Minimum work experience - 5 years experience in the production plantN3 to N5 Fitter and TurnerMust have completed a recognised apprenticeship.Able to work shiftsAble to start immediately. Job Duties Performed skilled mechanical maintenance and repairsExecution of planned maintenance schedulesReduce shift downtime and improve change over time to meet production targets.Troubleshoot problems to improve OEEPractice and implement good workmanship and housekeeping of work area, parts and equipment.Report any non-compliance issues to the supervisor immediatelyEnsure safety of mechanical installationsExecute PPM, GMP, and Safety protocolsMeet daily production targetsPerform breakdown repairs within the target timeMeet OEE targetsDrive continuous improvementsShift Work
One weekday shift and one weeknight shift
