As a Team Lead in the Mobile team, you will manage a team of Flutter engineers who are responsible for the Bash app and its BFF (Backend for a frontend). You will be responsible for managing the delivery of engineering projects, managing the growth and development of your team members, as well as building and fostering effective teams where individuals are enabled to do their best work. This is an exciting opportunity as the team is currently in the process of migrating to a mono-repo architecture for Flutter, standardising how Bash builds apps across the organisation.
Skills you already have:
Experience leading a team, with a focus on very high quality output and team enablement.
A history of writing high quality, scalable code - we primarily use Flutter for our mobile development; experience with React Native, Swift, or Kotlin are also beneficial.
Great problem-solving skills.
A passion for observability and monitoring of the services you build.
5 years of relevant work experience.
1 year of experience in a team lead position.
BSc Computer Science or equivalent is encouraged (strong work experience can fill this gap).
