Engineering Team Lead (Experience)

You're an experienced engineering leader who thrives in a hands-on environment. You'd be leading a cross-functional team of software engineers, but you won't just focus on management of the team, you'll also occasionally roll up the sleeves and contribute to the code base tasks.

Requirements: Proven experience leading a team and achieving high-quality results (2+ years) Experience writing backend code and/or mobile applications Expertise in distributed, high-transactional, and available systems Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for observability/monitoring Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on quality and ownership Manage team growth, remove obstacles, and guide their technical development Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and size accurately Foster an autonomous team environment where engineers take responsibility Drive technical excellence through innovation and best practices Advantageous: Experience with system architecture and ownership Cloud deployment ownership Additional programming languages Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
