This includes managing people and equipment for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs on machinery and equipment.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Achieve production targets safely and cost-effectively.
Requirements Minimum Qualifications and Experience Option 1 : N4 Certificate with Engineering Subjects.
Valid Trade Certificate (Diesel Mechanic).
Minimum 5 years' experience as an Artisan.
Option 2 : Relevant Tertiary Qualification.
Completed Graduate Development Programme.
Additional : Driver's License (Code EB/08).
