You'll oversee stock accuracy, purchasing, and compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.Number of Direct Reports: 3Job Specification:Key Performance Areas:Health & Safety Compliance: Manage hazardous materials, Personal Protective Equipment, and equipment in line with safety standards.Stock Management: Ensure stock accuracy, control inventory, and maintain SAP records for engineering stores and satellite locations.Food Safety: Implement 5S principles and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, AIB, and FSSC standards.Systems Management: Use SAP to manage stock purchasing, track inventory, and optimize stock levels.People Management: Lead a team, set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and identify training needs.Experience:3+ years of engineering stores control experienceSupervisory/management experience is essentialQualifications:3-year tertiary qualification in Inventory Management, Warehousing, Engineering, or related fields.Additional Requirements:Strong SAP skills and advanced Excel proficiencyBackground in FMCG/manufacturingKnowledge of health, safety, and food safety regulationsApply now to be part of a world-class team at NBL and advance your career in food manufacturing!
