Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Engineering Salesperson to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC machines, the ability to read CAD drawings, and a solid foundation in general engineering principles.
The primary responsibility will be to market our services to target industries and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our CNC precision engineering services.Identify and target potential clients in the wine, packaging, dairy, chemical, and automotive industries.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining our products and services to prospective customers.Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure a clear understanding of client requirements and deliver customized solutions.Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and after-sales.Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing sector.In-depth knowledge of CNC machines and their applications.Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and blueprints.Strong understanding of general engineering principles and processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.Valid driver's license and own vehicle plus willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Skills: Previous experience in the wine, packaging, dairy, chemical, or automotive industries.Technical background or engineering degree.
