Engineering Quality OfficerCenturionMinimum requirements:N6 Diploma/ B.Tech – Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical, with the below qualifications an advantage:Technical Qualification in Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronic fieldsExposure and potential certifications to IPC standards.Exposure to international QMS standardsFive (5) years' experience within a manufacturing/electronic assembly environment and two (2) years' experience in a Quality Assurance and Control environmentResponsibilities:Experience in complete visual and dimensional inspections of various parts and assembliesKnowledge, hands-on proficiency, and techniques in using various mechanical and digital measuring instruments and equipmentExcellent communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of the organisationHave a knack for investigating, analysing, understanding and preventing quality problemsGood understanding of fault analysis and CAPA processes.Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings and specsAbility to guide and explain various technical topics.Configuration Management exposureUnderstanding of Quality controls linked to Production, Assembly and Product development processes
