Engineering Planning Clerk

We are seeking a dedicated Engineering Planning Clerk to support a Drilling Exploration Company on an underground project. With the increasing demands on their planning department, this role is crucial in maintaining efficiency and safety compliance across projects.Key ResponsibilitiesRecord and report daily hours and kilometer readings for equipment.Create and manage backlog work orders.Capture and document all breakdowns.Open, close, and schedule work orders as needed.Perform daily data capturing tasks and ensure plant files are up-to-date.File all completed work in plant files daily.Manage the receipt and submission of Wear Check oil samples and create follow-up work orders.Update and maintain compliance sheets (Passport360, Daily Report, TMM Report, Calibration).Provide comprehensive support to the Engineering Foreman and Planner in all engineering functions and report generation.RequirementsAt least two years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a mining environment.This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of both surface and underground projects. By assisting the Engineering Foreman with job cards, scheduling, and spare part requests, you'll enable the team to focus on critical tasks, enhancing overall project efficiency and safety.NOTE: We ONLY accept online applications.
