Engineering Manager - Manufacturing - Kzn

Hire Resolve's client, a prominent manufacturing company based in KwaZulu-Natal, is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee their engineering processes and ensure optimal production efficiency.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the engineering team to deliver high-quality manufacturing solutions.
Develop and implement engineering strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
Prepare and present technical reports to upper management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Knowledge of safety and industry regulations.
Proficient in using CAD software and other engineering tools.
