Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management. Hands-on experience with multiple backend programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Go, and/or modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable software systems. Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English, both written and verbal.
