Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management. Hands-on experience with multiple backend programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Go, and/or modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable software systems. Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English, both written and verbal. Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Proficiency in software design patterns and architectural best practices. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress. Nice to have: Experience in writing reports and delivering presentations to stakeholders and executives. Enthusiasm for staying hands-on with coding and technical problem solving. Ability to collaborate effectively with product teams, designers, and other business units. Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Active participation in the tech community through conferences, open source contributions, or publications.
