Job Title: Engineering Manager Underground - MiningLocation: Mining siteJob Type: Full-time, permanentAbout UsHire Resolve's Client is a leading mining company that specializes in underground mining operations.Job OverviewHire Resolve's Client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Engineering Manager Underground - Mining to oversee all engineering activities related to our underground mining operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and providing strategic direction to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our mining sites.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all engineering activities related to underground mining operations.Develop and implement engineering strategies to optimize production and minimize operational costs.Lead a team of engineers and provide guidance and support.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the mine.Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Conduct regular site visits to assess engineering needs and address any issues.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and contractors.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.GCC Mines and Works.Minimum of 5 years of experience in underground mining operations.Proven track record of leadership and project management skills.Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the mining industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.Familiarity with mining software and technology is a plus.BenefitsR3m - R3.2m CTC.You can also visit the Hire Resolve website or email us your CV at ****** will contact you telephonically in 3 days should you be suitable for this vacancy.
