Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management. Hands-on experience with multiple backend programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Go, and/or modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable software systems. Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English, both written and verbal. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress. Nice to have: Experience in writing reports and delivering presentations to stakeholders and executives. Enthusiasm for staying hands-on with coding and technical problem solving. Ability to collaborate effectively with product teams, designers, and other business units. Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
