Overview: A great mining company in Limpopo is seeking the expertise of an Engineering Manager to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:Manage SHERQC compliance within the Department through effective use of the ToolboxUtilise the Information Management System (IMS) to initiate, investigate and report SHERQC statusManage performance against set targets and competenciesEnsure IDPs are linked to performance results and implemented as per the planDocument and review the overall maintenance strategy on an annual basis to ensure that it is aligned with the business planEnsure strict adherence to maintenance work management principlesRequirements:Grade 12National Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringGCC Mines and WorksECSA Registered8 – 12 years' experience in a plant maintenance mining environmentMinimum 4 years at Manager levelHire Resolve is a top-tier recruitment firm that focuses on placing skilled professionals in permanent employment.
