Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management. Hands-on experience with multiple backend programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Go, and/or modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable software systems. Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Proficiency in software design patterns and architectural best practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
