Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management. Hands-on experience with multiple backend programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Go, and/or modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable software systems. Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Proficiency in software design patterns and architectural best practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Nice to have: Experience in writing reports and delivering presentations to stakeholders and executives. Enthusiasm for staying hands-on with coding and technical problem solving. Active participation in the tech community through conferences, open source contributions, or publications. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Ability to collaborate effectively with product teams, designers, and other business units.
