Engineering Manager

Minimum Requirements & Responsibilities: Matric (Grade 12). Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) is a must. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a food manufacturing setting Proven experience managing large teams and working in high-pressure environments. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage manufacturing processes is highly advantageous. Strong understanding of regulatory standards and safety protocols.
